Our kitchen crew is the heart of the restaurant. Cana Pepeta is proud to have talented people working side by side to always deliver the closest possible to perfection and in good time. A special Grill

The Josper Grill is globally famous for being an excellent tool for indoor grilling. With Martin’s choice of wood (white quebracho from Argentina, rosemary, pine and thyme from the island) meats, fish and vegetables are seared quickly, sealing in all the delicious juices and flavours! A burning bed of coal smokes, the most mouthwatering cuts, cooked to perfection under the undivided attention of Martin’s watch. The kitchen is a hot place, not meant for the fainthearted and the Josper Grill makes it even hotter! The results are worth the process, a delicious crust outside with the taste of smoke and salt and a tender center that cuts like butter.

To meet their palates, we source all our product locally, farm to table with all its vibrancy and ripeness. Cana Pepeta buys as much as possible locally, supporting small businesses. With cuts from the area and from the rest of Spain, making sure it is only grass fed and free range. As with vegetables and fruits, nearby farms only and with the standards of quality our customers deserve.

AND A MODERN SELECTION

Local grass-fed lamb, a cut of Argentinian beef to die for, fresh catch of the day straight on the fire and some of the most ripe and juicy vegetables grilling over smoky  woods and herbs. A tempting selection of appetisers to get the party started and finally, the dessert. An example of the amazing creations coming from the baker’s corner, a tender, puffy pastry made with only organic flours accompanying cream whipped with vanilla and shantishi, all served with fresh seasonal fruit such as strawberries or blackcurrants. A treat for those with an incurable case of sweet tooth.
